Job Description
Finance:
- Accounts Payables including handling supplier invoices and online payments.
- Accounts Receivables experience is beneficial.
- Opportunity to learn journal & month-end closing.
- Ensure Audit and Tax Compliance (Withholding Tax, VAT, Corporate).
- Manage timely statutory filing.
Administrative support for HR:
- Coordination for insurance and training courses.
- General admin tasks and distribution of T-shirts & Name cards.
- Onboarding and offboarding support.
- Keep HR updated on rules, regulations, and holidays.
- Review Employee handbook and HR policies.
- Handle employees’ issues.
Requirements and Experience:
- Degree in Accounting with 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in full set of accounts, English communication, and Microsoft Office.
- Some HR experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
Experience: Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
