Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Generalist Professional II at Iron Mountain. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, with the ability to analyze financial data and assist in financial reporting.
Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial goals are met. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in financial software. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset are key attributes we are looking for.
