Job Description
Learn the leasing process and assist in coordinating leasing activities.
Assist in preparing and organizing lease agreements and related documents.
Support in managing lease renewals and related documentation.
Assist in monitoring and facilitating rent collection processes.
Ensure adherence to leasing policies and regulatory requirements.
Learn and manage leasing-related data in the company database.
Support in managing lease terminations and related processes.
Maintain organized records of leasing transactions and paperwork.
