Job Description
The Finance intern or trainee shall support functions in encoding, gathering, and filing data while ensuring timelines, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Filing of accounting and finance documents such as billings, invoices, vouchers, etc.
- Encode necessary data in the system or any monitoring sheet
- Assist in the reconciliation of assigned accounts
- Reviews vouchers, entries therein, the validity of attachments, and the legitimacy of the transactions.
- Performs other tasks, functions, and special projects assigned by the department
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduating student of Accountancy, Finance, and other related courses.
- No work experience required
- With good communication skills
- Can work in an office-based set up
