Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic Finance team at M-Commerce Corporation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of financial management and contribute to critical projects within the organization. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a finance student or recent graduate to apply academic knowledge in a real-world business setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting financial analysis and preparing reports.
• Analyze key financial metrics to support decision-making processes.
• Enter financial data into the company’s systems accurately.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing procedures.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in financial statement preparation.
• Work on special projects or tasks as assigned by the Finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
