Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Lead to join our team. As a Finance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company’s operations. This includes managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
You will also play a key role in providing strategic financial recommendations to the management team and establishing financial policies and procedures to ensure the company’s financial health and stability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Track financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Lead the annual financial audit process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel
- Experience with accounting software
