Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall supervision and management of the entire department
- Day to day fund management and monitoring of payable and receivables
- Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, receivables and other financial reports required by the management
- Prepares monthly analysis of actual vs. budget on sales and expenses
- Prepares monthly Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow and other financial reports required by the management
- Prepares financial ratio analysis and interpret the same with the management
- Prepare & analyze profitability of each market segment based on pre-determined profit rate by management
- Prepare consolidated expenditure and capital investment budget vis-à-vis sales forecast on a yearly basis and provide management with updated reports quarterly on comparative basis
- Ensure compliance of all requirement of the BIR, SEC and other government agencies on a timely basis
- Monitor and reports to Top Management procedural and policy deviations, irregular and unusual collection/ recovery situations and recommendations and implement solution thereat
Qualification:
- BS Accountancy graduate, licensed CPA
- 5 years of actual solid work experience in Accounting and Finance
- Experienced work from a banking institution is an advantage
- Experienced in FS preparation & analysis
- Knowledgeable in all Finance & Accounting facets
- Familiar with BIR regulations & other government mandated requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy and communication skills
- Strongly knowledgeable in Accounting system software
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php17,395.64 – Php53,193.72 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Davao City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
