Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at one of the leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in the Philippines. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities of the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage the company’s cash flow and ensure financial stability
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, ideally in a managerial role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial management principles and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
