Job Description
Job Location: Papua New Guinea
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum Finance duties
- Timely preparation of Monthly Management account and compliance with related Accounting Standards
- Assist local General Manager in preparation of Annual Budgets
- Cash Flow Management, credit control and banking matters (including but not limited to foreign currency booking and Tax Clearance Certificate)
- Implementation and designing Company Internal Control to safeguard company assets and processes
- Uploading of freight Invoices to Accounting System
- Auto billing and monthly closing
- Monitoring and assisting local finance daily
- Preparation of Payroll to local office employee’s
- Preparation and submitting Monthly tax return to Taxation (Payroll tax and GST)
- Submission of employee’s Nasfund Monthly contribution
- Monitoring and updating company related licenses/insurance
- Admin and HR Related duties
- Reconciliation and posting – Solomon Island SOA (Expenses and Collection on behalf of Mariana)
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Accountancy
- 3 years of experience in Finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willing to be assigned or relocate to Papua New Guinea
- Willing to start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
