Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Business Administration course
- With at least 1 year of experience in the same position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details
- Fluent in using MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Generate purchase orders when necessary
- Assist senior financial officers as needed
- Continuing to improve the payment process
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- T8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounts receivable: 1 year (Preferred)
