Job Description
Job Scope:
- Management of books of account of the group holding companies and other books of accounts as required
- Assist the VP for Finance in handling CEO’s personal accounts and businesses offshore
- Close monitoring and reporting of cash positions, including bank reconciliation statements of the CEO
- Maintenance of pertinent legal and statutory documents of the CEO’s businesses offshore and holding companies;
- Assist in administration of bank related correspondence, transactions, agreements, and the like
- Coordination of internal and external statutory audits
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably CPA
- With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
