Job Description
- EWT prepared every 5th of the month and payment every 10th of the month.
- VAT payment every 20th of the month.
- Quarterly VAT every 20th of the month upon receipt of SOA.
- Payment of SS/PhilHealth/HDMF every 10th month.
- Payment of HDMF loan and SS loan every 25th of the month.
- Payment of IMS Insurance.
- FPG Insurance renewal.
- AR Aging Partnership.
- Bank Reconciliation Balance Local – MBTC Operation.
- Bank Reconciliation Balance Local & Partnership upon signing of Bank Notice.
- Preparation of Billing.
- Payroll checking, Balancing & Crediting to MBTC & East West for Bank Notice.
- Preparation of Billing Local & Partnership.
- Preparation of Checks/Disbursement.
- Journal Entry for Disbursement.
- Preparation of Income Statement.
- Any related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager.
