Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team as part of the Accounts Receivables department. As a Finance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely collection and recording of payments from our customers.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
- Processing and reconciling customer payments, including credit card transactions, checks, and electronic transfers.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to payments made or outstanding invoices.
- Working closely with the sales team to address customer inquiries or concerns regarding their accounts.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to accounts receivables.
The ideal candidate for this position must possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in accounts receivables or a similar role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential.
