Job Description
Max’s – Nobia Inc. is currently seeking a Finance Specialist (Cost) to join our team. As a Finance Specialist (Cost), your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring timely and accurate costing computation, inventory reports, and variance analyses.
- Ensuring assets are safeguarded through strict observance of accounting policies and procedures, including adequacy of internal controls.
- Ensuring accuracy of monthly computation of manufacturing cost as the basis of transfer price forwarded to branches. Computes other product costs as necessary.
- Ensuring that standard usage and recovery of raw materials are being followed by production and other related commissary designated location.
- Ensuring high standards of internal control are maintained through monthly and spot checking of inventory between records and physical count.
- Being adept in product costing, inventory management, and variance analyses.
- Having updated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Possessing knowledge in accounting systems, preferably Oracle.
- Having excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Being willing to work in Carmona Cavite.
