Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the development of financial strategies to support the company’s growth initiatives.
