Job Description
QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ progressive Accounting Experience in Finance and Accounting (AR, AP, General Ledger, Financial Statements).
- Experience in BIR Compliance.
- Team player, responsible, diplomatic, and confident.
- Attention to details and approachable.
- Experience in SAP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Finance Dept in Reports Generation.
- Process supplier payments, reimbursement claims.
- Monitor official receipts and record journal entries.
- Review payment requests and ensure approvals.
- Check supporting documents for payment processing.
- Coordinate with Suppliers, Services Providers, and Banks.
- Other required duties.
