Job Description
Record daily sales transaction and preparing monthly sales reports
Organize and update financial records
Processing and preparing invoices
Responsible for petty cash disbursements, replenishment and petty cash count
Responsible for providing management with accurate and timely financial reports
Monitor all various spreadsheets in the database
Prepare billings for clients and verify billings from different suppliers
Inventory management
Perform other tasks as required
