Job Description
Qualifications:
- Preferably BS Accountancy graduate.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- With relevant Accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for petty cash fund and ensure to keep sufficient cash balance to serve daily expenses.
- Reviews expenses and liquidation for proper recording and ensure completeness of documents according to requirements.
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Checking and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Update internal system with financial data.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Track bank deposits and payments.
- Performs other duties/tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager/Supervisor.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience using financial software.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Ability to handle pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
