Job Description
Aickman&Greene is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The role requires managing a finance team, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to maintain the organization’s financial health.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- 5+ years in finance, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience in BPO/shared services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and principles.
- Excellent communication and Excel skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Sta. Rosa, Laguna (possible hybrid transition).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php70,00.00/month
Benefits: Additional leave, health and life insurance, performance bonus.
