Job Description
Finance Supervisor
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Supervisor to join our team. As a Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day financial operations.
- Supervise and lead the finance team in performing their duties.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management.
- Monitor and analyze budget performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in financial planning and forecasting activities.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
