Job Description
This is a varied and challenging role involving the provision of support to the Finance Manager with general bookkeeping and administration functions. Your responsibilities will include producing high-level reporting based on data extraction and analysis, assisting with purchasing demands, and maintaining our cylinder tracking register and monthly hire invoicing process.
Key role functions:
- Sales Batch Invoicing & Customer Credits generation daily
- Supplier Invoices and Customer Payment Entry daily
- Local Purchasing assistance daily
- Customer Creation and Maintenance
- Generation of Customer Price Files as requested
- Supplier Maintenance and price file review
- Warehouse timesheet entry and reporting weekly
- Freight costing, reporting, and import file creation fortnightly
- KPI data entry, analysis, and reporting monthly
- Updating of Cylinder Tracking worksheet weekly
- Manual generation of Cylinder Hire invoices monthly
- Assist with order fulfillments when required
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
- At least 4 years of previous experience in an Admin/Accounts role with a fundamental understanding of basic bookkeeping functions and Australian GST application.
Proficient With:
- Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel and Access
- Netsuite – Finance software
