Job Description
Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about financial products and services.
Account Management: Assisting customers with account-related tasks, such as opening new accounts, closing accounts, or updating account information.
Transactions: Handling various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments.
Problem Resolution: Resolving customer issues and concerns, such as discrepancies in account statements, unauthorized transactions, or other account-related problems.
Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the institution’s financial products and services to effectively educate customers and cross-sell additional products.
Compliance: Ensuring that all interactions and transactions comply with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation of interactions for reference and compliance purposes.
Communication: Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person, to address their needs and concerns.
Fraud Prevention: Monitoring accounts for suspicious activities and taking appropriate action to prevent and report potential fraud.
Educational Support: Providing guidance and education to customers on financial literacy, online banking procedures, and security measures.
