Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Analyzing situations and providing effective solutions
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adhering to scripts and guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, employee discount, health insurance, paid training.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with optional night shifts.
