Job Description
Join ConnectSphere Solutions as a Financial Account Specialist! We offer a comprehensive VOICE & NON VOICE ACCOUNT – CSR PAID TRAINING.
Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues according to Client standards.
- Aim for one-call resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- BPO experience is not required.
- Must be a high school graduate (old curriculum), ALS graduate, or college graduate.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities are a must.
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month with additional benefits!
