Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team at The Hershey Company. As a Financial Accountant (General Accounting), you will be responsible for maintaining and reporting on the financial records of our organization. This position requires handling various accounting tasks including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and month-end close procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
