Job Description
Gather transaction billings (invoice, SOA) from contractors and other suppliers.
Examination of transaction billings; ensure validity of transaction entries based on required documentation.
Ensure completeness and validity of required documentation in support of transaction billing.
Sort/examine transaction receipts in support of liquidation of employee cash advances, replenishment of cash and petty cash funds.
Process payable vouchers for contractors, energy cooperatives, other suppliers, and caretakers.
Prepare the book entries for accounts payable and bank reconciliation.
Assist in the preparation of general ledgers and account schedules.
