Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Processing and sending of invoices to DPE countries; posting to Invoice Workbench tool
- Prepare detailed Appropriation Requests for the additional volume related to the Centralized Infrastructure
- Serve as back-up to Accounts Payable activities and processing of Intercompany invoices
- Assisting Business Unit with inquiries related to timing of approvals
- Assist in Budgetary exercises where required
- Develop metrics around assigned tasks.
- Prepare ad hoc Reports as requested from the Director of Finance, Management Team and Service/Budget Center Owners
Requirements:
- EDUCATION/LANGUAGE: Bachelors / College Degree in Accountancy
- EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable
Strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
Results-Oriented and self-directed with a strong sense of urgency in meeting project goals and deadlines
Team player with analytical skills and attentive to details
Excellent in English (oral, written and interpersonal skills)
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Willing to work on a mid-shift and/or rotating shift
