Position: Financial Analyst
Overview: Glass Lewis seeks a highly motivated professional to join as a Financial Analyst in Kansas City, USA. Responsibilities include financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, ROI analysis, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Create board and management financial reporting
- Perform monthly actual to budget variance analysis
- Drive annual budget and target setting process
- Perform ROI and strategic investment analysis
- Support financial close processes
- Create dynamic financial models and forecasting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerBI experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communication skills
- Flexible and independent worker
- Fluent in English, willing to work in Manila
- Mid-shift schedule aligned with Kansas City Time Zone
