Job Description
Gordian Staffing, a pioneering HR solution provider, is hiring a Financial Analyst to support our client, a leading U.S. real estate firm specializing in Manufactured Housing Communities. This remote position involves analyzing financial statements (P&L, BS, Cashflow), forecasting, preparing financial reports, and conducting utility recapture analysis.
Qualified candidates should possess a BA in Finance or Business Administration, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong understanding of financial modeling are essential.
