Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Compliance Controller to join our team in Europe and Middle East. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial compliance programs and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Providing guidance and training to employees on financial compliance matters.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement effective solutions.
