Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist with a strong background in finance and accounting. As an FP&A Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial forecasts, analyzing business performance, and developing strategic financial plans to drive profitability.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and marketing to gather financial data, perform budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create accurate forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Monitor and report on financial performance
- Identify key drivers of business performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop strategic financial plans
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
If you have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and at least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, we would love to hear from you. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software is also required.
