Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities within an organization. Involved in the preparation of financial reports, analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and providing insights to assist in strategic decision-making. Collaborates with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to management and stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Work closely with department heads to gather input, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Conduct financial analysis to assess the financial performance of the organization. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and variances to provide insights and recommendations to management
- Create and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes. Utilize advanced spreadsheet software and financial modeling techniques to perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance metrics and insights to senior management. Highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities to facilitate decision-making
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and standardize reporting formats to ensure consistency and reliability of financial information
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and other regulatory requirements
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management. Conduct research, gather data, and provide recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Performs other duties at a similar level of skill and complexity that may be assigned by the immediate superior
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant / CPA
- CPA fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Amenable to working Onsite in Tondo, Manila

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
