Job Description
Assists the Finance Manager in developing and implementing the UBIAS;
Assists the Finance Manager in reconciliation and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements of various group of companies;
Verifies entry in RFP for advances and retention payable to subcontractors and suppliers;
Assists in the preparation of BIR requirements for submission of ITR;
Performs reconciliation of intercompany balances for CSG Group of companies on a monthly basis;
Prepares and maintains the budgeting policies and procedures manual;
Completes special financial analysis projects as required;
Reviews the monthly budget variance report per project and per department;
Reviews the monthly variance analysis report comparing actual versus last year;
Ensures that month-end and year-end procedures are done by the Financial Reporting staff and by all sections;
Reviews the monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis.
