Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative for a Financial Campaign, you are expected to do the following:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients.
- Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
- Provide high-quality customer service on every call.
- Manage change requests for customer accounts.
