Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Support Agents at Client Support Acquisition.
List of vacant positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
Responsibilities:
- Identify and provide solutions to customers’ needs using scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Conversant in basic English
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status
- At least high school graduate
- Strong active listening skills and empathy
