- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary for swift resolution.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Stay updated on company policies and services to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
