Job Description
What we ask:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the Food Industry
- Experience in Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Planning, Data Analysis, Change and Project Management
- Experience in working with other OpCos (other countries)
- Experience in setting up Service Level Agreements
- Knowledge of MRP principles and scheduling
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Strong planning, quantitative, and reasoning skills
- Management and Leadership Skills Quality System (ISO standards)
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Responsibilities:
- Support S&OP Manager in tactical and operational planning
- Lead Tactical S&OP (weekly) per plant
- Handle day-to-day concerns related to supply availability
- Ensure demand matches supply for all selling points
- Participate in projects impacting demand and supply
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects within time, budget, and quality
- Manage stakeholder relations within AMC efficiently
- Overall responsible for AMC Supply Network Planning
