Job Description
Directly reporting to Asst. EHS Supervisor / EHS Supervisor with the consent of Project Manager / PIC / Safety Manager. Lead in compliance with regards to health concern of employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all accident related with physical injury are carefully attended and recorded accordingly to show sincerity of CGI to their workforce and to avoid any unwanted complaints from government agencies.
- Create health programs applicable to the project to completely monitor and address any health-related issues to all employees.
- Participate in the Toolbox Meeting discussing health-related topics and issue.
- Take charge in requesting medical supplies and equipment needed to the project.
- Prepare and submit reports required by DOLE to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Vocational Course Graduate of Healthcare / First Aide.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino.
- Preferably less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare – Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- With valid certificate of first aid training.
- Must have COSH training.
- Preferably with ACLS, BOSCH, OSCH, First Aide and BLS training.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
