Job Description
Overview of the role: We are looking for a passionate individual to oversee daily operations and assist the Fitness Center Manager at The Peninsula Manila.
Main Accountabilities:
- Supervise, train, and coach staff for excellent service
- Handle inquiries, give facility tours, and promote services
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance
- Enforce facility rules diplomatically and motivate staff
General Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and healthy
- 2-3 years of Fitness Center experience
- Lifeguard License, Basic Life Support, and Fitness Certification preferred
- Effective communication and exercise prescription skills
