Job Description
- Conduct site visits for Fixed Asset Inventory
- Make entries for transfer of aggregates
- Conduct monthly physical inventory & generate necessary reports
- Prepare monthly Construction-In-Progress transaction summaries
- Update PPE lapsing schedule and entry transactions
- Keep fixed asset records up-to-date
- Coordinate with other branches for inventory transactions
- Prepare necessary inventory adjustments
- Encode STFs for aggregates
- Post depreciation journal entries in the system

Qualifications: Preferably Accounting related courses
