Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fixed Asset Specialist. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of accounting principles. As a Fixed Asset Specialist, your main responsibility will be to manage, monitor, and account for the fixed assets of our organization.
You will be responsible for tracking the acquisition, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets. This includes maintaining accurate records, performing periodic audits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and recommend improvements to our fixed asset management processes.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in fixed asset management. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software are also required. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential in this role.
