Job Description
This role is a 3 months fixed term contract with Terranova Phils. Support Services Inc. (TPSSI), a partner of GetGround. You will be based in our One Ayala building in Makati. GetGround is helping TPSSI build out its hub in Makati. TPSSI operations are led by Mike (Makati) and Dan (UK) and you will work closely with both on a daily basis. TPSSI has a team of 7 currently in Makati, with Mike leading 6 junior accountants. We aim to expand the team of accountants significantly in the next 3 months.
TPSSI is a new accounting partner of GetGround, a values-driven VC-backed entity with the purpose of making the world fairer and more productive. They are doing this by making assets more transparent, trustworthy and accessible – starting with real estate. GetGround is a Fintech company based in the UK with 15,00+ customers, £1Bn property value on the platform. TPSSI works with GetGround by preparing year-end accounts for the 5,00+ companies. What you will do:
- Work with Mike and Dan to identify, engage and hire top Accounting talent – fast
- Build the TA employer brand, ensuring a wonderful candidate experience
- Analyse and report on candidate funnels on a daily basis
The skills and experience you will have:
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
