Job Description
We are currently hiring for a fixed weekends off non-voice Tagalog account dayshift position. If you are looking for a job with a stable schedule and a great work-life balance, this opportunity may be perfect for you.
Your main responsibilities will include handling non-voice customer inquiries and providing excellent service to our Tagalog-speaking clients. This is a dayshift role that allows you to have your weekends off, providing you with the perfect opportunity to relax and spend quality time with your loved ones.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills in Tagalog and English. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, as we provide thorough training for all new hires.
