Job Description
We are seeking a Flag State Coordinator to ensure our fleet’s compliance with international maritime regulations and to manage flag administration. The role requires coordinating inspections and certifications, liaising with flag authorities and vessel operators, and supporting incident response to uphold safety and statutory standards.
- Oversee flag state documentation and certification
- Arrange and coordinate surveys, audits, and inspections
- Monitor regulatory developments (SOLAS, MLC, MARPOL) and advise stakeholders
- Support incident response and collaborate with port state control authorities
Requirements: Degree in maritime studies or equivalent, minimum 3 years of relevant experience, familiarity with SOLAS/MLC/MARPOL, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure. Competitive salary and professional development opportunities offered.
