The Operations team at Shopee manages the end-to-end operational process on the platform. Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating across various operational functions.
- Manage contract confirmations and create accounts within SLA
- Track pending contracts and Fleet Management System activation
- Coordinate with Hub Leads on deployment and reporting
- Collaborate with Fulfillment team on strategies and escalations
- Oversee stakeholder queries and concerns
- Conduct Awards Program for the Fulfillment Team
- Minimum 2 years of college education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
- Proficiency in communication tools like email, social media, Viber, Whatsapp
- Local and regional dialect proficiency
- Experience in mass sourcing and hiring is a plus
