Job Description
1. Asset Management
- Maintains record of Company assets and ensures its accuracy
- Conducts asset tagging and physical inventory of Company assets
- Arrange Company biddings and disposal of assets
- Office supplies monitoring
2. Bills Payment
- Process payments of office and warehouse utilities and rental
- Process billing expenses and payment of fleet cards, rfid, telecommunications, internet, etc.
- Monitors Company Phones, sim cards, and load allowance
- Petty Cash Fund Custodian
3. Vehicle Administration
- Monitors vehicle registration, insurance, repairs, and maintenance
- Validates fuel consumption via vehicle odometer vs fleet card billing
4. Permits Administration
- Assist in processing and updating office permits like Business Permit, SEC, BOC, and Insurance
- Ensures Pest Control and Water Testing schedules are followed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
