BRIEF DESCRIPTION

The Fleet Encoder plays a pivotal role in managing departmental data and budgeting tasks. Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, this role involves encoding various data sets, handling budget allocations for the staff, and ensuring data integrity for weekly reporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Encode various data sets including truck and shuttle service expenses, odometer readings, daily truck weights, 3rd party billing, KPIs, and item returns/late deliveries.
• File data pertinent to deliveries, including Provisional Receipts, Trip Tickets, and Item Return Forms.
• Manage budget allocations for the staff, handling both remittances and requests.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding fleet-related matters, including vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and compliance issues.
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to fleet management and ensure adherence to applicable standards.
• Ensure all records are kept updated and accurate.
• Generate reports and analysis related to fleet utilization, and other key performance indicators as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a fleet management or automotive environment.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including experience with fleet management software or similar databases.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and terminology is a plus.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th-month salary
• Overtime pay
