Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors dealer’s target progress and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Provides action plans, conducts training, and offers assistance.
- Follows up on dealer compliance and job requests.
- Conducts daily post-service calls to address concerns.
- Regularly visits dealers for performance reviews and corrective actions.
Requirements:
- EDUCATION: Graduate with an Automotive-related degree.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year in the Automotive Industry.
- SKILLS: Customer-oriented, interpersonal skills, computer literate.
- ABILITIES: Can accurately follow instructions.
- CHARACTER: Hardworking, self-motivated.
