Position Overview:
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of airline policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the booking process.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Assist customers in obtaining necessary travel documents.
- Promote additional services like travel insurance and hotel accommodations.
