Job Hunt PH is currently looking for skilled Online Assistants to join our Travel Account team. In this position, you will provide essential support to our customers with travel bookings, modifications, and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize GDS software (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to manage travel requests effectively.
- Provide exemplary customer service through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with GDS.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
